Cost
I offer a sliding scale based on your financial situation.
Fees listed are for 50-minute sessions.
Which describes you best?
I do not stress about paying for my basic needs or occasional surprise expenses. I have added stability like a family safety net, owning my home, or other financial investments.
$155
I can comfortably meet all my basic needs (things like food, housing, and transportation). I have some savings and expendable income.
$135
I sometimes stress about meeting my basic needs but usually meet them. I have some expendable income.
$120
If none of these describe your situation and you need lower-cost therapy, I recommend Whole Connection or Clinica.
This sliding scale includes concepts from Embracing Equity. Click here to read more about sliding scales.
FAQs

I do not accept insurance. However, I can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement or to put toward your insurance deductible.
I have also partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits. Read more below.
Also, it’s worth noting that if you have a high-deductible insurance plan, you might end up self-paying for therapy because you have not reached your deductible, even with a provider who accepts your insurance.
If you would like to know more about why I do not accept insurance, I’d be happy to talk about it during our consultation.

Mentaya submits the claim and handles any insurance follow-up.
You get reimbursed by insurance! Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required, dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies. It's risk-free: They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees.
